Q Discussion: Group Decision After watching both Parts 1 and 2 of the Challenger video posted on the Week 2 Videos for the Discussion Board, compose a discussion board post that answers the following questions: • Considering this situation, as well as poor group decisions like the Bay of Pigs fiasco, what are the pressures that lead a group of bright people to put aside their doubts and try to reach a consensus that may be very dangerous? • Be specific about how this happens and what makes a poor decision more or less likely; • Have you ever been a part of a group decision that went horribly wrong?
